THE GODDESS

A goddess in the eyes of the Void Mages of Mhach—yet, in truth, nothing more than a Voidsent. Shilen was summoned to the Source as a final weapon in the War of the Magi, a desperate gambit when all hope had withered. As the forces of Mhach faced annihilation, she manifested in radiant splendor, turning the tide and granting her summoners a fleeting salvation.But such deliverance came at a terrible cost. The newly conjured Voidsent required an impossible amount of aether to maintain her corporeal form. One by one, the mages sacrificed themselves, offering their very life force to sustain her presence. Even so, their devotion proved insufficient. Shilen’s brilliance dimmed, and the so‑called goddess dissolved into nothingness.Centuries later, in the Seventh Umbral Era, apprentice Void Mages uncovered ancient scriptures left behind by their forebears. Within those forgotten texts, they found wondrous tales of Shilen’s power. Convinced she was the key to restoring the lost glory of Mhach, they devised a new ritual—one they believed would succeed where the ancients had failed.Rather than summon her outright, they selected six infants of different races and origins to serve as vessels for her fragmented soul. Through them, Shilen would draw aether from the world itself, slowly weaving her essence into their mortal forms. In time, she would walk among men once more, hidden behind borrowed flesh, until strong enough to claim dominion and raise Mhach into the greatest empire the star had ever known.

THE VESSELS

"Aeore", vessel in old Mhach language, chosen to nourish Shilen's soul. Although they live their independent lives, they are aware of what exists within them. Each accepts it in their own way; some embrace the voidsent's soul and the power it grants, while others reject it completely.

Dario

A mercenary, Dario lives an extreme lifestyle. Risky missions, dubious clients, and plenty of money in his pocket. Furthermore, he wields extreme power, partly due to Shilen's influence, partly due to his relentless pursuit of ancient and dangerous spells. Although he believes the voidsent is under his complete control, his carnal impulses and hunger for arcane power, partly driven by Shilen's desire to become physical and real, frequently cause him to lose control.

Hey guys, I'm Rob, a Brazilian newcomer to the role-playing scene. I created the Shilliens' story out of a desire to externalize my creative mind, which is always running wild.
